Far East Enterprising Co.,(H.K) Ltd(FARENCO), being first origin co***ny and predecessor of CRCLogistics, was founded in Hong Kong earlier in 1949 and specialized in shipping at the very beginning and was gradually extended its activities into all sectors of logistics. The co***ny was renamed from "Farenco (Holdings) Co., Ltd." to "China Resources Logistics Co., Ltd" (CRCLogistics) on January 1st,2001 corresponding to the business re-organizing of our parent co***ny "China Resources (Holding) Co., Ltd".
